Title: Why is ICBC issuying the new licences now?
Post by: egspot on February 06, 2009, 06:26:38 PM
OK Guys, I just have to vent about this and found out if i am that far of the mark.

I was in insurance sales back in 1981. In order to get my licence I maxed the test at the time.

Now I have got educated in other areas  and in my own mind I understand a lot of issues with Business, Law,Economics. and  Accounting. etc.

Now really, Why is ICBC issuing licences ?I feel it is a conflict of interestr and the Motor Vehicle Branch should be a separate body.

People have to start getting involved and making things right.

What do you mean new licenses NOW? They have been issuing "new" licenses since 1996! Its more efficient to have them merged from a financial and economical stand point.

actually one of the best moves the government made, seeing as all the facilities, computers and equipment needed updating so they gave it to ICBC to run then took back the overall authority and uses ICBC as a management group after they did all the updates
