theres one in coober pedy south australia (crazy town in the middle of nowhere, its an opal mining town where everybody lives underground) aswell, one of these days il get a chance to upload a photo of it...

There used to be one in the south end of Calgary.  At least it was the south end in '88... Be damned if I can remember any more than that...

There is still one in Cow town. It was one of the stops on the Das Volks poker run.
