Title: Wtb Cheap Beater

hey, looking to buy a cheap (under $700) aircared beater to get to work
my mazda  threw a rod right through the side of the motor, and i need something to replace it
and the 2275 bug isnt the best choice for a daily
if ya have heard of anything or have anything plz let me know

A fella I work with has an early Cavalier, the square kind. Not the prettiest thing but it runs like a champ, I think he wanted $800 for it. Interested I can get his number and post tomorrow.

beater.....82 320i.stroker motor,battery in trunk,5 speed,slightly lowered,k.... lowered.1 rusty fender,got another 1 to replace it.leaks, floors?goes like stink.drove it for 2 years,but started to play with bug.900 with dropped front suspension,750 if you swap stock struts out[nephew wants for his] oh yea, you can keep the cd player too.
