Title: Recognize This Bus?

does anyone know the history of this bus?  
anyone here owned it in the past?  

It's for sale but the current owner doesn't know much about it and hasn't done anything to it while he has owned it....  he bought it for a project and never got started.

looks somewhat familliar, It may have been one of my customers at CIP around 1995 or so? Dont know anything about,sorry
