Title: "herbies" Fuel Filler

OK, I'm sure everyone on here knows the style of fuel filler that they used on Herbie in "Monte Carlo" right?  Where the hell can a guy find one of those things?  I've Googled my heart out and I found them on Mooneyes site, but I think I could find one cheaper than 300 bucks.  I guess it would be the same thing, or something very similar to what Geoff used on the Heb-Rod.
Any ideas?

What does it look like?  I have come across many different filler caps and spouts while looking for something different.

Lets see a pic so we can help out.

afaik, the filler cap on the heb rod was off an old tr-6

...and on a side note...it's amazing how many different sites from all around the world that the heb rod shows up on. :rockon:

68 dodge charge i just got good one for 50 bucks. mopac auto supply told me of someone in  seattle that makes them or can get them

The gas cap in the Herbie movie was off of a Shelby Cobra just case you're going for being completely authentic. I know of where you can get a mock up of one like it if you're interested.
