usually see a post like this before a swapmeet so here's my parts list

1 bottom hella heart lense with chrome bezel
1 top dark heart lesne
oval glove box
pair of early lowbacks


probably add more as I think about it

Fuel reserve lever and parts

Rear dimpled fender (driver side)

Rear body mount section (both sides)

Running Boards

Rear tail light

for the oval, check straps, the bars in the door for the arm rest to hang on and probally more to come :rolleyes:

Need a wind sheild frame for my buggy a shifter rod for a late swing pan if it makes a differents a late type 1 pedal cluster complete.

So your '58 is an early December of 1957 built car?  Check your Pm's I have a bunch of stuff for you too.

No my car is an early Jan 1958. It came with an engine starting with # 216. Also I have not received a PM.

ODD  on both accounts, it shows that I sent the pm.  In any case I re-sent it.  I asked about the number 'cause of the discrepancy with the info on the samba tech section.
Dec     Chassis#s: 1774 680     Engine#s: 2156 321
Jan    Chassis#s: 1815 645     Engine#s: 2206 943

 Either way it's a very early '58.

passenger door handle outside.
VW emblem for front of nose.
Front bumper ettes and piping. Have the bumper.
Steering wheel centre for horn
any hubcap clips for the wheels ?
wiper arms and blades
good gas tank
sending unit
gas tank cock and screen
vw sign for back

Bugpack 40 x 35.5 heads cut for 94s
New Forged 78mm crank
Uni Tech rods
34 pict carb with manifold
Weber single carb manifold
Plus a bunch of other goodies

Mark Moryse-Edge will be selling my stuff as well as his own stuff at the swap. Go by and say hi. He's ok.........just looks a little odd.   :P

Hey Russ, not sure what the fit difference between the 36hp and 1600? Do you have either? The small and large pully tins are the main ones I need.
