I'm pretty sure the 79' Bus came with a 6 rib...

It should have, maybe it was changed out and replaced with the 5 rib??  Got a picture?

My mistake, the tranny IS 6 rib, and is still available.

Im in the middle of moving to williams lake.

sometimes you have to realize that some people arent on the computer as often as others...so if they leave a # and you want something they have...you better call. ;)
