Thanks T. BTW we are booking work for next September already with my high school class. I have samples on Mo's backyard of stuff I have done. Will be posting my Notch pics soon also. Basically you pay for retail on materials and small donation to my program. My bus was a scuff and spray done by my class. We can do nicer work if you got the bucks, or if you want to pay for labour I can do the work myself at home. I have a class Open house/ Show n Shine booked for Sat. June 12 th. Now that would be a cruise!! All are welcome

I'm in!

The bus looks sweet! Hopefully mine will hit the spray booth soon too. How much $$ for materials?
-
It really depends on what you want to do. I didn't do much a simple splash and dash with a cheap and nasty acrylic enamel. (Not even Base coat clear coat.) $400 plus Sandpaper. I could have used much better stuff. Just wanted to clean it up a bit. Turned out decent though.

Hey Mowser!! That double cab , is /was it sitting up in the Sam. arm area about 12/14 years ago at the side of a hwy. beside a barn type building with a flee market going on inside?
-
Why yes it was. I lost track of it for some 12+ years till it presented itself to me again.
-
WOW! I was going to buy it at that time ! I had planed to drive it home to the coast. I showed up with tools , gas can , battery, some friends to help, etc. But found that the motor had a huge clunk as we turned it over and gave up on it. Good to see it in good hands.
-
Well by the time I acquired it there was no motor to \"Clunk\". Just an empty engine bay. I guess the clunk was serious......
