Orphaned puppie needs some help!Share
8:11pm Today
HI all, I am sending the word out for a friend and neighbor of mine, who is searching for help for her orphaned puppie. If anyone thinks they can help her, please email me right away and I will put you in contact. Message below:

Hi everybody. I'm sending this to everyone on my friends list who lives in the Vancouver area. My mom's 4 year old chihuahua Chloe (she used to be my dog) died early this morning from hemorhaging. She had a litter of 4 puppies on Thursday night/Friday morning and all of the puppies died in birth except for one. I went to the Animal Emergency Hospital at 4:00am this morning and bought him puppy formula which we are feeding to him. It's pretty hard to do and we are all worried about this teensy little pup (he's about the size of a hamster).

I'm desperately trying to find another small breed female dog who has given birth in the last few days to see if she will accept the puppy into her litter. The puppy will have a much better chance of surviving if he finds another mother. I will pay somebody to do this for us, I just don't want this puppy to die too. We want him returned to our family after he is weaned.

Please, please if any of you know of anyone who has a nursing dog send me a message!

Thank you all for taking the time to read this.

if you think you can help or know someone that might be able to help...pm me and i'll get the direct contact info. i know we have some dog lovers on here so i figured i'd post it up...cause you never know. hopefully this little guy can be saved.

cheers.

I'd suggest contacting the Chihuahua Club of B.C.
Contact: Edna St. Hilaire, President, 2114 Dublin St., New Westminster, BC V3M 3A9
Phone: 604-521-0922
They are professional breeders, and if anyone knows of a nursing mother, they would.

thanks so much for the info jason. it's much appreciated.

as it stands....a \"mother\" has been found and so far is accepting the little chihua as her own.
