Not that any of us are old enough to know, but it was thought it might be Volkswagen Pacific with the 50's beetle? Bruce noted that the beetle looked like a Canadian standard with the black 3 spoke steering wheel but had chrome trim?

The other is a showroom window, which doesn't look like vw pacific?

funny, when I zommed in on this one, I have copies of all the pics on the bottom of the display, plus a few others from the factory.

I think the wheel is not a standard wheel. Maybe an aftermarket, but not a standard.

Which Volkswagen Pacific would this be, as there were 2 locations ?
I know someone who worked at the Burnaby one from the 60's until it closed down in the late 80s. Also one of my cars came from there originally, still has the dealer tag on the back lid.

The pics all came from someone who used to be a salesman there, the one at Willingdon and Lougheed Highway in Burnaby. THat's why I thought it was the burnaby location, although the storefront more looks like something in Toronto?
