Title: It Sucks But....

I can't make it to the GC :( ....  Our work is so busy right now, but work first play second.  My engine is sitting behind the car waiting to be put in after a few things are changed.  The Gaunch Launcher won't be there to put on a show.  I hope to atleast get the singleport in and go race somewhere at least once before the snow flies up here.  I am very disapointed it does not work out to come down for the show.  I would have been in the 11's forsure.

Get some great video's of the drag racing friday night and of the show too.

Kev, that really sucks. Are you saying that if you leave for the weekend that your work will not be there when you get back?

No I'm saying that we have 60 hours worth of work that has to be out on Fridays courier, I still have about 6 hours of work to get the beetle ready for racing, and then about 1 hour to tune it on the road.  I have not had time to put in 10 min a day to mow the grass either in the past 3 weeks.  My engine just arrived last Thursday..  It is just all bad timing for our orders coming in.  Murphies law.

I hope to get the engine in  and still get some passes though.

Dood, I totally Understand.. Owning your own bisuness can be great however Clients come furst, That is why I missed Calgary

sorry to hear you cant make it kev. it sucks about work, but there will be plenty more shows to come.
