Hey Bruce Thanks for your help Sunday. I made it with no fine and onto the 9 Oclock. The cop was Great and the terminal mngr was great as well. The taxi was a passat turbo diesel..... Go figure.

Wow!  That's great to hear.  
It sure proves that if you sweet talk the cop, you get a lot further than if you are an assho!e.
