Lets just say I wanted to ship a car from sweden to here, Whats the best way to do it!

There are 2 common ways to do this.

1. You can rent space in a container to ship it over, would probably set you back around $2000-2500.
2. You can have it shipped on the boat deck, AKA Roll on Roll off, and this will save you a lot of money. $1500ish.

These are estimates, you will have to call some shipping companies for more accurate quotes.

#2 will get a lot of salt water in it. I remember somebody getting a Golf Rallye shipped that way it it came pretty fubared.

Depends what company you go with, when I was thinking of bringing the bug to Canada I was quoted 4000 english pounds, but they had done it previous and said it was quite an easy process. Takes quite a while though and make sure you take out insurance to cover your asset, good luck.

4000 Pounds? WOW!

interglobal should be able to help you. they will pick up the car at the sellers residence as well.

a friend of mine in abby just had a car shipped from Australia to canada and used Panalpina .com he said everything went good they guy he spoke with was Harold Shantz hope he can help you out
