Lets just say I wanted to ship a car from sweden to here, Whats the best way to do it!

Another rusty split coming to Canada?
-
hopefully :D

There are 2 common ways to do this.
1. You can rent space in a container to ship it over, would probably set you back around $2000-2500.
2. You can have it shipped on the boat deck, AKA Roll on Roll off, and this will save you a lot of money. $1500ish.
These are estimates, you will have to call some shipping companies for more accurate quotes.

#2 will get a lot of salt water in it. I remember somebody getting a Golf Rallye shipped that way it it came pretty fubared.

Depends what company you go with, when I was thinking of bringing the bug to Canada I was quoted 4000 english pounds, but they had done it previous and said it was quite an easy process. Takes quite a while though and make sure you take out insurance to cover your asset, good luck.
