Title: Fiberglass Manx Repair
Post by: Mike Scott on June 13, 2007, 09:04:29 PM
I know there are some fiberglass gurus on here. I have started the body portion of my manx project. There is various types of damage, and was wondering if anyone had suggestions, repair from top? repair from bottom? what types of materials work best? etc....

The first type of repair, small diameter screw hole, they are everywhere from the old convert top.

The next type, cracks and decent size delaminations, two areas of the body

The last type, large holes, I want to install much smaller tails and delete these holes then recut
