Have you got any good stories about your VW? Have you broken down in strange places? Had any crazy adventures?
If you have, I want to hear it!
I am a 4th yr Emily Carr Design student with a grad project to complete... I am designing a book which compiles anecdotes from VW owners with mechanical information and i need some good stories and photos to put in it! If you have a story to contribute, leave me a message here and I will message you back with all the specifics...

replacing parts in a denny's parking lot... reincarnation of john muir fixing cars behind a bar... nude beach/campground staff drilling my bug...

i think, as with most peeps here, there's plenty of stories to tell. just not that many we'd want in print.  :rolleyes:
