So, I placed a small order (250 U.S.) with this guy 6 weeks ago. After 3.5 weeks I started e-mailing asking for a tracking # and when I could expect my package which He had already billed my credit card for on Feb 7th and said he'd shipped. Not once did he mention a tracking # in he's replies....just that he is looking into it. So, after a nasty e-mail to him and a nasty post on the Samba yesterday...he finally e-mails me back saying he's sorry and had never shipped my parts...and actually all his suppliers are cutting him off so he can't even get any parts. He then says he's credited my account the $250 but it will take a few days to go tru. I called Visa and explained my situation...no problem....if I don't see a credit by Tuesday next week they will reverse the charges to my account.
Since my post on the Samba I have recieced e-mails from 7-8 people who he's jerkin around and also one company who used to supply him but has since cut him off.
So, Buyer Be Aware.....Serrano's advertises the lowest prices in the new vendor section on The Samba....but you'll never get your parts!

I believe if you check the buyer/seller feedback section on theSamba there is considerable dialogue with regards to Serranos ... most of it appears to deal with lengthy delays in shipments and communications.
