Puerto Rico: 100miles X 32 miles, Tripical weather, population around 3.5 million US citizenship residents and probably another million ilegals fron other parts of the Caribean.

It is an Island, anyone who leaves the Island would \"just jump on a plane \" like we take the B C Ferries here.

I guess if you had $50,000 to spend then a few bucks for airfair would be nothing.
