Title: Flycutting Cb 044's

I would like to flycut my CB 044 CNC oval-ports (Ultra Mag Plus) PN 1450 to increase my CR to ~9.5:1.  How much can they be safely cut?

I'm pretty sure they can be cut a lot (maybe .2\" or .3\" ? ) but ... you shouldn't have to cut much to get 9.5 .   What size is the motor going to be?
