Funny how it stated the once Taurus was dicontinued it also contributed to money loss.  If you build a POS you always know its gonna need parts. Chevy seems to be getting the contracts to the rental car industry so this is why Ford is hurting too. If you notice alot of rental cars are primarily Toyota's and Chevs.

Ford should smarten up. Their  freestars were lumps of crap too so this is why they came to her senses and stopped production. They know they dont have  a chance compared to the Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna.  Ford has nothing but trouble using composite metal layered head gaskets and cheap brazilian soft casted crap aluminum heads warping.

I guess I shouldn't complain since its the work from them that pays for my mortgage.

People are probably buying alot of stock while ford is down on their knees. We all know Ford will never go tits up so buy stock while they are eating dirt.

I'm amazed at the numbers of dollars that are mentioned. Where did all the money go?

How could a company bleed that much, and nobody in management notices?

Almost like our health care system!

Management notices, but as long as they get their million or two, they don't really care. ]:(

In regards to the company I work for, they will project to make $5,000,000 this year. If they only make $4,000,000, then they see that as a loss of $1,000,000. Sounds crazy. Don't know if ford does it the same way.
