Title: Heating Channels
Post by: egspot on January 13, 2007, 08:13:53 PM

I am frustrated. The %^@@ channel is 1/4\" lower on the outer side and 1/4 \" up on the inside. We cleared everything and left just enough metal so that we can weld. The door fits and we fabricated a piece for the inner wheel area.

Is there anything or any thicks to this?

manually turn the heater channel 1/4\" higher on the outer side so it'll be 1/4\" down on the inside.

if that doesnt help, maybe it's a case of a defective heater channel, or maybe the body of the car has twisted.

pictures would help aswell. snap a few & post them up.
