Title: Electric Fuel Pump

Where is the best place to mount an electric fuel pump (rotary style)? Is closer to the gas tank better or is on the firewall ok?

Under the tank on the passenger side is the best spot - they like to push not pull.

The pump has a red lead and a black lead. I assume the red wire goes to a switched ignition source and the black to ground?

Do I need to use a fuel pressure regulator if using this pump?
