imagine you could go back in time and had any amount of money to purchase a brand new VW.  it could be a type 1, 2, 3, 4, ghia, KDF, anything and any year!

my choice would be:


1947 KDF split
1949 split roll back
1953-1957 oval window hardtop (not just cause I own one, but because they have always been my favorites!)
1952 zwitter ragtop
1967 beetle sunroof
1967 \"EMPI\" beetle
1954 23 window deleux samba bus
1964 notchback sunroof

what would your choice be?

Hmmm... there's so many....

I'd love a Fridolin.  Way too cool.
15 window deluxe
barndoor single cab
crotch cooler ragtop
to finish my 59 Euro and make it a ragtop
big motor Cal-Look on Porsche Gas Burners
flap top Westy
low light Ghia vert

Now for the REAL air coolers  :ph34r:

1987 3.2 Carrera coupe

912

And it's not aircooled, but I'd love either
a ) 1991 Turbo Diesel 16\" Syncro Westfalia Vanagon or
b ) Eurovan Westfalia TDI Syncro

But to be pragmatic, really my dream car right now is anything that doesn't require rust repair.  :P
