Coating gas tank

I would like to dip the gas tank (bay window) and coat it properly. I talked to the rad guy that did a bike tank for me but he says it would be 400 to 500 bucks! Any suggestions? He would give a lifetime guarantee on the lining.

I used the Eastwood tank sealing kit on my '57 type 1 tank
on the bay tank remove the sender
I put a hand full on nuts and bolts in and hung the tank by rope from my shop hoist and sloshed the heck out of the tank and flushed many times I'm happy with the results
have fun
