Here is the update I just received from the Drive In,
hopefully they are right...
Hi-
First and foremost, we must apologize for the long time since our
last update. However, there has not been much to update, except delays and
uncertainty. Even though the drive-in has been finished since the end of
July, we were not able to open because we could not get the supplies for the
Hydro & Telus until just recently. Nevertheless, today's update comes with
some good news; the roadcrew has said that the road leading to the drive-in
(260th Street) should be completed by early next week. After this we have to
wait for the Township of Langley to issue their final approval, which will
hopefully lead to an
opening in time for the Labour Day long weekend. The
website will be updated as soon as we know our firm opening date, along with
the opening shows.
We are currently accepting resumes for concession, cook and field positions.
