No Spark At The Plugs
« on: September 13, 2006, 11:06:05 PM »
Hey guys,
Trying to get the now infamous 6 owner 68 alive and on the road. I have the kads bolted on and such and a coil, pertronix and new wires. The pertronix is a 1347A. Anyways I'm getting spark from the coil to the distributor cap but none at the plug ends? I can't figure it out and its late. Any insight? The cap is really funky and has holes in the \"ears\" where the clips hold it to the disty. I'm going to try to find a new cap and rotor tommorow at airspeed for giggles. Hopefully I can get this thing to bark to life through its single quiet pack tommorow. Cheers,
Kirin

sounds like you already know the answer, might as well grab a new set of wires if you dont already have them

Brand new set of bosch wires are already on. Whether or not I have the firing order right is a whole nother shooting match. Just gotta wait till the landlord shows up then I'm off to Airspeed!
