Well here it is....my first air-cooled beast....a '72 VW Sundial camper van...bought with my brother to make our road trip next summer that much more awesome.

Interior:
'98 Subaru Legacy Seats (WAY more comfortable)
big ass steering wheel

Hurst Shifter
sliding plexiglass partition door
Sink
Propane Fridge
Pantry
Table with two different table tops (standard dining table and card table w/ cup holders)
Single bed (table folds down to make double)
carpeted floor

Exterior:
mandatory stock \"boob\" lights
stock shiny dome hubcaps
spare tire mounted on front
bay window windshield
horizontal \"toaster\" pop top for head room and storage space
4-dr (2 up front, one sliding, and one inverted tailgate/escape hatch)

Drivetrain:
'76+ 2.0L EFI Air cooled rear mounted engine (similar fuel dizzy as Digi II)
4-spd tranny

wow dude....good eye....ya it's an awesome place to live but not a fun hill for the van...or the people behind it

.....you should check out the okanagan site i'm on....www.okanaganvw.ca...we're having a cruise this sunday (25th) and it'll be a nice leisurely one as i will be driving the van....we're doing westside rd....you should totally come out...we have some new people also coming so you wont be the only new face...at the VERY least check out the site and join up...we also have weekly timmy's meets and monthly wing nights...nice bug....i think i've seen it around....i'll make sure to keep a closer eye out for you

Thanks ....mine is off the road right now ...runs but have the windows out ..new seals and fixing some damage around the back window. finishing up the sanding right now , then needs alittle paint . hopefully it will be on the road next month ( trying to work on it when not downstairs finishing the basement suite ) Will definately come out when road worthy

There is another bug same color , rag , roofrack,1967 with 68 taillights ...his name is Brett..running around town right now ....looks very close to mine
