Definitely sold to a new owner in Vancouver.

http://dubberz.com/forum/index.php?topic=14966.0 has some of the details, but not who bought it.

Dark green 72 Super parked in front of Hansig Automotive down the street from me.  Had flat black front and rear hoods kinda like the rally cars did in the 70s.

Hansig seems to get his share of aircooleds.  A couple of weeks ago, a nicely restored yellow 69 Ghia convertible was parked out front.

Ghia - I believe it is a 68?
Dark Green, white hard top, tan interior.
Parks at Save-On-Foods 4 or 5 days a week, and lives on 24th and 168th... It's has a for sale sign and a phone # in the window and looks like it is in GREAT shape!

Saw this familiar green oval or one just like it yesterday in Langley at 200th and 64th ave around 4:30. Nice to see a top quality car like this being driven still, and it's almost november.

Any sunny day( ok I mean day without RAIN), no matter WHAT the month  8) you will see that green oval out and about! Heated seats {thanks Gary ;)} make it almost better to drive when the sun is shining and there is a chill in the air!

Just curious, saw a green notch-back a couple of weeks ago (pre 70's?- small indicators) just off Dewdney Trunk in Mission near Maple Ridge - it was parked with I think a vw van and golf (to be quite honest, I wasn't paying attention to the other vehicles!).  Does it belong to anyone on this forum?
My other entrance is a porch.

70? Burg Type 1 on Canada Way.
73? Orange fat chick on Buller.
Does the rain bring them out?

Saw a very familiar Marina Blue late T3 Squareback with EMPI 8s in an alley one street over.  As I walked by, I thought, "hey, I built the gearbox in that thing!".

Saw a nice non-pop top camper this morning at 16th and Arbutus in Vancouver
60s, light green with white top driving around in the salt and sand.  A bit shameful to say the least.
Suppose it's his van and maybe I'm jealous I don't have one but that thing should be put away
until the roads have been washed thoroughly by the rain.
 :(

maybe you should be put away until the roads are dry so you dont have to put yourself through the agony of seeing people enjoy their acvws year round. ;)

Yes.  I thought I might sound a bit like sour grapes on that one..
He may have just been transporting it to his nice heated garage too.
That's the thought I'll hang on to then.

Today, 3:15, on hwy 1 westbound, saw a POINTBLANK pilot truck and portable hauler pulled over to the side of the freeway at the 264th exit. Shane, was it you? Are you just the boss or do you actually work? ;)
