Teal 65-67 Beetle parked just off Powell St near BC Sugar.

I work just down the road from where that car is usually parked! Havent met the owner yet though...

SPOTTED: Type 3 Ghia\Razoredge Ghia, Blue with white roof, on the Abbotsford-Mission highway just before the bridge on the abby side. They gave me a huge wave as I cruised past in my bug  ;D

Did it start out brown or was that the aftermath of a blaze?

Nope, it was just parked there.  The fire trucks were busy putting out some kind of fire at one of the office buildings there.
I've never seen a 6" dia fire hose before!

Nick Simmons (Gene Simmons son) at the Boulivard Casino show today. So dreamy in real life. Seemed genuinely interested in the car show. Was taking lots of pics and asking the owners questions. Had quite a following of on lookers just kind of staring at him. Kind of strange.

Parked outside the show was a pretty clean red early '60's beetle. Roof rack and 5 spoke empi's. Jord63 maybe?  Gave each other a wave.

Yes that was me. Your car looked great. Love the paint color.
The first time you went by my wife was picking my kids up from me to take them home. The second time you passed I was waiting for my budy with his car trailer to take it home for me. :'(
I pulled away from the stop sign at that four way and it popped twice through the carbs and stalled. Crank, no start. Got it home now, ill look at it tomorrow. Good show though.

That's shitty. If I had known I would have stopped and done what I could. I had some basic tools. Should have stopped anyway. Good show. Lots of cars.

Yeah it was pretty dark, its probably the same one. Doubt that there are a lot of baywindow's with that colour out there.

Spotted a late 60's (67? i think) beetle at 3rd beach today. It was tan (seasand?) in color. Tried to get a parking spot close to it, but that parking lot was pure mayhem this afternoon

Just Saw Bruce heading north past Nesters in Whistler. I waved to the mexi-beetle, until I realized I was driving a white explorer and you wouldn't recognize me :P

Bruce, what happened to the back fender?

Indeed, I didn't see you.  Was up there for 3 days for "work".

An errant driver backed into it.  Will be fixed soon.

Saw a very clean Marina Blue 73 Super heading south on Gilley off Oakland.
It's not very often that two Beetles randomly pass each other these days.
