Switched bumpers. Transferred a bunch of stickers from the DC to the Mango

Looking good you hoarder :D, the first step to recovery is admitting there's a problem ;)

Those Beetle headlights are going to need the seal beams turned 90 degrees or you'll blind everyone but never see the road. :police:

Now I'm not really a hoarder. Hoarders can't let go of stuff. I can't keep stuff. If it weren't for Gina this place would just be a revolving door of Volkswagen. I see stuff I want more....eventually get too much and sell the old. There was a poster I read a few years ago "Everything I needed to know about life I learned from Star trek". One of the phrases on the poster was "having is not so pleasing a thing as wanting". That is totally me!

BTW thanks for the headlight tip. I was just trying to get the bus looking normal and nothin is hooked up yet, but when I get close I will consult you on sealed beam placement.

not really an UPdate...actually more of a DOWNdate. There was a small gathering and some progress (some would say) was made on the Mango. 4" narrowed lowered ball joint front end with dropped spindles (Wagenswest stuff). Got the trans out. Will get a straight axle 67 Type 3 rear end with offset spring plates in this weekend.

Crazy how dry these vehicles are. Who would've thought
