I had a bit of an issue with my 74 Westfalia over the weekend - the fan decided to stop turning and I ended up overheating the engine (for a few minutes before I realized the problem). Turns out the fan just needed to be tightened, however my westy is running a bit rough now because of it.
I met a great guy named \"Jason from Salmon Arm\" who helped us out big time ... but I think I now need to get it tuned up. It still runs so I'm assuming I haven't blown the heads (but who knows) but It definitely needs a little TLC.
Jason mentioned a shop called something like \"German Auto house\" and a guy named Duane there that's a good VW mechanic ... does anyone know what shop i'm talking about? I also know about the Bug Shop as well ... any other suggestions?
