where in Vancouver to get VW parts and machine shop
« on: May 11, 2008, 11:00:49 AM »
Hi Ya Gang,
maybe a dumb question but
Where is a good place to get engine parts? I've tried Cip1 but they are out of stock for the parts we need.

How about a good machine shop that will do a good job with VW ac motors
balancing and some head work - align bore
thanks
hank

High Performance Engines in Burnaby can balance your engine bits.  They can do a valve job too.

Radio stations? Try www.krocheads.com . I think the website is undergoing upgrades, but there should be a link to email.

I don't think there is a "one stop machine shop" for VW, in Vancouver. You'll have to do a bit of driving around, depending on what kind of work you want done.

What kind of machine work are you looking for?

It's an insane world out there... and I'm proud to be part of it!
