I noticed recently that my manifolds are ice cold when she's running. What's up?
Its just a stock 1300.

The small tube under the manifold that comes up from the exhaust on one side and goes back down the other, it should get too hot to touch (at least at one end) in around 3 minutes.
Often full of carbon and rust.
