does anyone know if you can buy the little hard rubber/plastic piece that is circled pink in the pic? wolfsburgwest.com sells complete door striker mechs for $9us, but not this part.

also, the green arrows on the passengers and drivers are different. are they supposed to be or is it wear and tear?

Don't know if you can buy that piece or not, but I got a few plates laying around that we can salvage that piece from. Let me know.

thanks geoff.

you see the one on the left in the pic. it is missing an area where the green arrow is. the one on the right has it. is this normal, or wear and tear?

Hey Silas. I was going to run out to my garage to look at my car but it isn't here.. its 23km away in my shop. But on mine it doesn't have the door strikers worn away there.. Almost looks like it got broken off...
HTH.

I'd say somehow it got chipped off since it should ride up that far.. hmm well my bugs a 62. If you want next time I'm at the shop I can take a photo for you. but its not like that. Mine has the new door strikers on it. And they seem ot be of decent quality.
