Title: Looking for IRS transmission rebuilder or new?

Im looking for someone to repair my IRS transmission and make it stronger, like maybe just welding the 3rd and 4th gears on the shaft?  There are some bearing issues in the transmission as well.  If you can recommend someone for me to contact it would be appreciated.  OR does anyone have a good condition IRS transmission kicking around?

I have a 1973 single side plate IRS Tranny. 3.88 RP, in Westbank.
