Kevin K:
no worries Gary
already done, it was funny, we hooked up the come along to the hitch for the westy parked pretty much at a 90 degree angle to the "fridge" and started winching, but the fridge wasn't moving... and then, we herd a thunk. we looked behind and the westy had shifted toward us, and the blue westy hadnt moved. eventually we got it out and found an active bee hive in the back, the bees didn't like the move.

Kevin K:
hello again
me and my dad just got the body off the pan.
now that they are separated i am going to tackle the pan and chassis first.
but first i have to get the beam and tranny off to fully assess the damage
their is no turning back now
here are some pictures

Kevin K:
i have got my pan up on the stand now and me and my dad have decided to try to save the pan halfs.
i suppose i'm starting from the back then moving forward. so here is what it looks like at the moment.

Jeremy:
Great start. Your going to know this beetle inside out. Good for when something goes wrong. Pretty cool first car.  PDT_Armataz_01_37
