New Section on the ASF

We have created a new spot for the ASF members.

As we see often people are looking for a tool to do something once or aren't sure what tool to use, here is where you can post requests to borrow or rent tools.

For your reference, Tool in this section is defined as "a mechanical and/or electrical device intended to make a task easier"
