Thanks to everyone who showed up this morning!
We managed to avoid the rain in North Vancouver while we hung out and discussed the usual...
With ten air cooled rides (and their drivers/passengers) willing to risk the weather, we headed North on the Sea to Sky. (Apologies to those of you who's names I've missed...I'm terrible with names and it usually takes two or three events before I can remember new ones)

Now...if I'm honest, we did hit a touch of water on the upper levels highway, and a bit of a mist just before Furry Creek. Fortunately, despite common misconception, cars don't melt in the rain and it was a great opportunity to see if the wipers still worked. "I haven't tried those in five years!" By the time we hit Squamish, things had dried out and we were back to enjoying the usual.
...like checking the oil for the first time in a year.
(p.s. Thank you Geoff for leaving your oily rag on my car. Payback is coming...)
Parking area at The Campfire Grill was about perfect...
With that, we got down to eating. Mike and Inger serve up some fantastic slow-cooked BBQ.
And then it was time for some draw prizes. Everyone who risked the rain went home with a prize...
