I havent worked on the bus in  over a week but did get the drivers rocker in  a while back.

Here is the rear corner that was welded up on the drivers side.

Here the 1/4 panel is ready to be cut to shape and test fit. The panel started out about 10 inches high, when i was done there was only about 4 inches used.

Here is a shot of a punch and flange combo  tool, i borrowed this from Brad P. What a great tool! I used this to put a flange into the upper section so it could slide under the original pannel. the tool also has a air punch that allows you to make a small hole in the metal that you can then weld thru. Without this it would have taken much longer. Thanks Brad!

This is the rocker when it was trimmed to fit,if you look close you can see the flange.

Here it is welded into place.

Now all we have to do is fix the rear 1/4 and we can let Matt do some body work... :D

The doors also got the tear down this week, new seals and trim frames will be added after the body and paint.
