2.0L Fuel Injection Help needed
« on: June 29, 2008, 05:40:24 PM »
Hey guys,

So my brother and I just completed an engine swap into our bus, '77 2.0L EFI, It's all in and everything's hooked up....ish...except we have spark, fuel from the pump, working injectors, but these injectors aren't getting the signal to open up. That's as far as we know, we don't know if the computer is getting power or how to check, the main issue is that we don't know which wires go where. Does anyone have some insight or perhaps access to some schematics??

Thanks in advance,

Buehler

Well yes, they are all white, they do have little numbers near the connectors though. Not sure, but logic says it would be labelled #1, there's not too many single long white wires with a spade terminal on the end in there. Here's the diagram; http://www.thesamba.com/vw/archives/info/wiring/baybus_77-78.jpg

And here's the L-jet manual;
