I’m looking for a local mechanic somewhere in the lower mainland that could do some motor work on my 59 VW bug. I’ve got two main issues I just can’t figure out, it’s hard to start when it’s warm, (seems like it’s flooded) and it’s got a load whistle at higher rpm. The motor runs fine and idles smooth it’s a 1200 6volt. Any suggestions on how to fix or a good vw guy would be appreciated. Call/Text Shawn 604-202-3476
