Title: Drive In Has Me Thinking

ok,people are talking about heading to the drive in one night when it opens.
i would love to go but the stereo in my car only comes on when i start the car.
i can turn it forward until the spedo lights are on but i think this would burn the points leaving it like this while i watch the movies.so id there anything i could disconnect after stopping rather than rewire the stereo??
any thoughts?

How about rewiring your stereo so both power leads go to a constant source - then all you need to do is remember to turn it off :)

Or I think removing the lead to the coil (black one I believe) will work as well.

How about I bring my Rockford Fosgate Work Radio that runs on 14.4 Drill Battery and we Take lawn chairs.... :wub:
