Mirrors

hey, ive got these round mirrors for my 67 bug that are supposed to go into the door hinge. i tried hard to get the hinges out but they wouldnt budge. i asked duane (german autohouse) one time when i was in there, he said he'd have to heat them up which would bubble the paint. is there any other options for side mirrors other than these? (that arent ugly plastic ones)

if your looking for an old school look, the talbot mirrors are pretty cool.
go out to airspeed and ask for the speedway and mooneyes catalogue, there are some cool hot rodish options in there as well
