Action Tire Services
12520 110 Ave Surrey, BC V3V 3J8
(604) 580-1766

Used tires, wheels, mounting & balancing.
Remove, balance & installed 4 wheels was $60
Never made appointments, but usually they can fix you up in about 1/2 hr.
They have repaired a couple of flats, free for me also.
Checking thru their stock I did buy a decent set of original 2L wheels there once ($140)

We were rated #1 for customer service by Okanagan Life magazine.  We are VW friendly shop that can look after all of your automotive needs, including mounting and balancing your tires.  However at this time, the stock wide fives we cannot balance. I am working on it though.
