I got to the border @ 6;40am with Jag and thought we missed you guys so we put it in 5th and hit the gas to catch up. After an hour of 80+ MPH we were almost there and kinda figured out we must have been ahead of you. Good to see everyone make it down. Shane,Amanda,Chris,Courtney,Mike,Briab Moni,Bill and the others. Amazing turn out! There must have been 350-400 cars there or so it looked. Not much of a cruise more of a Gumball rally with speeds upto 90mph at times, lot's of fun. I'll be back  next year for sure!

yup, i made it back ok after a slight side of the highway modification to the valve cover. i kept the rpms down and the speed at 55mph and cruised home with only a slight drip. wierd that it only seemed to happen after lengthy high rpm cruises at 70mph.

today i changed the cover (it was bent out, but only slightly), flipped the bail and put in some new cork gaskets so hopefully that'll cure it.

sounds like great fun was had by all. i was bummed that i couldnt make it down to support the cause. next time. B)
