Got take off clearance by Man with Barn.
Car is going in tommorow if I can get all my stuff together. Will be a long day along with helping my buddy move into his new townhouse. Pics are a coming.

The grill is a dead giveaway dude.  Even without the actual grill the supports give it away.  Now give me my beer.  I like Ricards Honey Brown and you can deliver it.

Long time no update. The body is still at Redi-strip. Apparently there is a backlog and such however we will indeed see how much longer it takes....

I stripped the pan earlier this week and its ready to go to the blaster then come back and get cleaned up. However I need to figure out how to remove the torsion arms and bars. Anybody with tips please msg me. Also I'm beginning to get curious as to what if any modifications I need to do to my car for having a Hi-po drivetrain in it.
Cheers,
Kirin

Okay so the body is now blasted...
Next step is to cut a big hole in the roof. As Thrasher Bill would say \"Screw preservation! Hand me that Sawzall!\"

I would say that, but I would also take 3-4 inches out of the pillars while i was cutting that big hole in the roof!

Trust me Bill its tempting. Looking at the price of chromoly tubing these days I may need to cut as many costs as possible.

How much do you think Amco will give me for that hunk of roof metal?

Talking to my painter and body guy. It was decided that since the car was sooo incredibly clean it really didn't need a complete sand blast. Redi-strip just attacked the \"problem areas\". Since my car is base+1 paint the original paint is a really good base for more body work since its stuck for 44 years thus far.
Hope that clarifys why we are doing things this way...
