I know that this conversion probably goes against the core vales of this community forum, and I apologize for this........
......BUT if you want to turn your aircooled ride into a Rotary powered machine then this is the kit for you.
So much potential for crazy horsepower.
Here is the deal
I recently bought a baja buggy project with an early rx7 rotary engine in it. I want to go back to aircooled so......
What I'm selling is as follows:
Mazda to VW Trans billet aluminum adapter plate. KEP (Kennedy Engineering Products) adapter comes with documentation and installation guide for the conversion from aircooled to rotary.
Mazda 12A RX7 engine and carb. Clutch and pressure plate installed. Engine turns over, has compression, but never run. Clean, no leaks, fresh oil in the bottom.
Custom exhaust system that works on a baja, not sure if it would work with a bug or bus but can obviously be modified.
OEM air filter in very good condition.
Whole wiring loom for engine, plus wiring schematics.
I also have a brand new radiator and fan for it.
Basically all you will need to complete the conversion is a water pump and to plumb it in.
I don't know much about rotary engines, but have been told that this engine which I believe is a 1.3, makes the equivalent power to a traditional 2.3 watercooled.
And you can turbo
