some info about this event...!
BYOE (bring your own everything)! food, drinks, portable bbq's/hibachi's, event tents/umbrellas for shade, beach towels & blankets, folding picnic tables, sunscreen, swim shorts, sporting goods, hoolahoops, hackey sacks, portable stereos, family, kids, friends, dogs, yourself...everything and anything you need to enjoy a good, long day at the beach!!
last time we did a vw beach bbq, everyone brought there own stuff and a few extras to share, and it all worked out great! i'm not saying go buy out costco, but you know what i mean. personally...i'll have a few coolers full of beverages for whoever needs them aswell as some extra snacks & some extra smokies!!
we will be collecting canned & non-perishable items for the food bank. i will put a few cardboard boxes behind my car and if you get a chance to make a small contribution that would be very much appreciated! a little bit from each one of us will make a huge difference to those in need!!
this will be a super casual, easy going event with the emphasis on having FUN!! everyone and their families and friends are welcome, even if you dont currently have a vw on the road, come on out and enjoy a great day with some amazing people in a spectacular location!!
