how do i copy a picture off my desktop to this window???  everytime i do, it kicks me off the webpage so the IE opens the actual jpeg...

If you are trying to post an image onto the forum, you will have to find a place to host your picture. Like Here.

Then follow the instructions HERE to post your image on the forum.

Feel free to use the Testing Grounds here to test it.
