Jim

Staple stop in Langley sells used compressors, I have dealt with them for 13 years. I just traded my little 3/4 horse for a 5 horse unit.  and paid a difference of $220.00.  He is very fair with his used compressor pricing, and he also sells new too.

I bought a coleman compressor about 3 years ago from Home Depot, paid 150 for it. 5Hp 30Gal tank
It was during a clearance sale of demo's.
Never had a problem with it always works great. I Little bit noisy though, but for the price who cares!

I got a speedaire oil bath true 5 horse 11 cfm @ 90 psi hardly used for $300.00.  I took it apart and the cross hatch is still on the cylinders.

Gerry at Staple Stop is truelly a fair person to deal with, you can not go wrong and he stands behind his used compressors too.

Go see him.

Staple stop had 2 - 18cfm@ 100psi  used wheelbarrow type compressors for $500 each when I bought mine.  I almost bought 1 instead of this 1 just because of cfm rating.  But this 1 is more compact than those wheel barrow type. and space is everything to our business.  This was in Late Dec, they may still be there.  He also has pumps he could put onto an empty cylinder too.  There are many used compressor parts in his wharehouse you could build many complete units with.  Your best bet is to go there and talk to Gerry instead of over the phone.

Nope won't be selling it any time soon.  I needed the upgrade because our new machines require more cfm and this 1 fits perfect for what we need.
