Beetle Ball Joints

How can you remove a beetle lower ball joint?

Hammering the knuckle does not loosen it.
Somebody's gotta have a tool for this!!!!!!!!

If you mean remove it from the arm you need a press, if you mean remove it from the spindle heat and a hammer.

Get your two biggest F'n hammers.  place one on the knob of the spindle in front of the BJ, and hit it hard on the rear with the other hammer.  Your hammer blows are sandwitching the BJ.  Hit it hard enough, it will pop out.
